A six week class of online training to learn source coding for building Web Sites.
I google search everything; and when looking for an online course in Web Design it was no different. I found "Leader in Virtual Science" or "LVS" for short. Browsing through the web site I was offered many courses to choose from. I found that when I had questions prior to chosing a course; a simple email to LVS and within the hour I had my reply with the answer to my question.
I wasn't sure how this class was going to be and was a bit nervous. Our instructor "Deb" really did a nice job presenting the class. The material for the class was thorough and well planned. A lesson was given for the week with an assignment due at the end of each lesson. Throughout the course I learned that Deb lives across the country from me which is a three hour time differnce. It seems that Deb also holds another job as well as teaching this class. Deb has impressed me with the amount of dedication she has put into the message board and reviewing the questions; even doing so on the weekends. I was impressed with the her critique of the homework assignments and how much time sht put in to the homework review replies.
I plan on taking the next course which is build 2 even though it seems my build one instructor Deb will not be teaching that class. I can only hope that the next instructor will live up to Deb's standards of teaching. Please take a tour of the six weeks with me by viewing my lesson assignments .
