The Big Oven app for the iPod Touch/iPhone is a very helpful resource. It allows you to plan menus for the day, week, and month. It keeps track of your grocery list, and gives you access to over 170,000 recipes. You can search these recipes by food, allowing you to find a way to cook whatever is in your fridge. In addition to all this, you can see what other people are having for dinner, and gain insight and ideas from the rest of the Big Oven world.
