The bucolic neighborhood is a bit south of the Tiverton Four Corners historic district, and is near the towns border with Little Compton. Ferolbink Farms, a working 145-acre vegetable and Christmas tree farm, is the neighborhoods commercial enterprise, and it is at the entry point to the neighborhood, Pond Bridge Road.
The neighborhood also includes the Fogland Marsh Preserve, a tidal estuary owned by The Nature Conservancy. Nonquit Pond is to the east of the neighborhood. When the weather is a bit warmer, Fogland Beach is also popular with sunbathers, and it has changing rooms, showers and a small childrens playground. But windsurfers can be found at Fogland Beach even in the winter. Click here for more info.
