Welcome to my practice page. Howdy do.
My name is Draego...well, not really, but feel free to call me that. Chances are I'll answer. I'm divorced (not much surprise there) and newly engaged (BIG surprise there considering the high intelligence of the woman involved and the unruly mental nature of yours truly). I have two children...one in the army and one still in school. And a dog. A vicious dog. A mean dog. One of brutal nature and voracious appetite. But...more on that later.
Well, as I said in my practice page, I study the martial arts. Actually, what I do is study a close up section of the floor upon which my instructor teaches the martial arts. I also collect coins...this is necessary as most of my coins (in the form of my lunch money) are taken by the brutes which have, in their own charming way, inspired me to take martial arts. The coins also come in quite handy to pay for the many items of clothing, furniture, baseball-bats and wayward wanderers my dog has a habit of ingesting and digesting...but, more on that later.
One day I hope to have some...I suppose that is goal number one. In the meantime I will busy myself with my CG programs and my addiction to computer gaming. This addiction first reared its ugly head with my purchase of my first computer...a rubber-band powered 8088...eventually the rubber-band broke and I moved up to what, at the time, was the fastest beast on the market...a beautiful piece of equipment with a 66mhz processor...2 days later the Pentium came out...2 days after that the Pentium II and so forth and so on....
I won't bore you with how many systems I have gone through, or how many metal carcasses are crammed into my closets (after all, there is SO much more to bore you with), instead I'll just say that my present system is a Dell DM9100 with a 3.2ghz processor and 4 gigs of ram. I felt so guilty about getting a system to play internet games on that I picked up a number of graphics programs (Bryce 6, Poser 7, Maya 8, Photoshop, Illustrator...this list goes on and on) to justify the purchase. I think, however, that I am hoping my CG programs will eventually justify a bigger system purchase and from there....better games to play. Goal number two is to sneak this little detail past my fiance....so, don't tell her about this web page!
Goal number three is to detatch my dog from my leg bone. Hopefully this will actually be realized before the other two...but, more on that later.
