There are White Collar workers and there are Blue collar workers, but the person that wears a hat that weighs over 50 punds and made of spun copper is called a "Copper Colar Worker".
The MK V (Mark 5) deepsea rig has been around a long time and hasn't changed very much since the early 1900's. The US Navy has pretty much phased it out, but the rig is still commercially available and some civilian diving schools use it for training.
Even though not in use except for show purposes, nearly every diving command has at least one MK V helmet that is proudly displayed. This particular helmet belongs to the Diving Locker at Naval Station Everett, WA and was on display last July 4th.
