Learning Spanish

Language has always been an interest of mine. I would like to be able to speak with people of different ethnic backgrounds. Here are some of the materials I use.

Let me begin by sharing my books with you.
Here are some interesting Interactive Audio-Visuals that I enjoy.

Books

Here are some of the books in my collection.

Dictionaries

More than one dictionary is helpful. I particularly like the Concise Oxford Dictionary. I also use Webster's Notebook Spanish Dictionary and The University of Chicago Spanish-English English-Spanish Dictionary.

Grammar

Another important book in my collection is Essential Spanish Verbs by Living Language.

Interactive Audio-Visuals

Learning by listening and speaking is an indispensible tool. Without participation in interactive audio-visuals you must either have a friend (patient) who is fluent in Spanish or you will be limited to the skill of reading. Here are some of the audio-visuals in my collection.
